Seal Shaped box from Cape Vancouver.

As well as crafting bentwood bowls, men carved beautiful boxes from single pieces of wood. Among a man's most prized possessions were his personal workbox and tobacco container, many decorated with unique designs recalling the owner's personal experiences, both ordinary and extraordinary.
